I had evolved my SO2R setup just a little and felt it really paid off! What a
productive SO2R fest (although I'm sure at least once I was carrying out the
QSO on the wrong radio... newbie to SO2R!)

I think I'm getting the hang of it. Big sigs from west coast on 15 and from
everywhere on 20, lots of fun. Weaker sigs and QRN on 40 slowed the rate down.

Bands OK, good turnout. Hrd N3QE and W7OM on 80m in last minute, no Qs, but did
get WD0T and K6MR. CU next week.

GREAT FUN, thanks Ken K6MR for organizing, great job.. Good to hear AB1J, WQ5L
in there, and also a WB0 that I missed.. Otherwise working the regulars, N3QE,
N6RO, K6MR, W7OM, NN7SS, W6SX// Thanks Guys!

Good start to the ladder, not enough mults but Q's good!

Conditions great on 20/40, not enough time for 80!

On 15m, I couldn't work Californians, so I was shut out of the round-robins.
On 20m, I couldn't work Californians, so I was shut out of the round-robins.
On 40m, I could work Californians, but nobody was listening for anything except

one strong guy on 080, then 081, then 080, then 081, ...
80m had a local.
If I had a teenage video game player, I'd show them SO2R and put them in
this ladder, but I don't find it interesting. See you in five weeks.

Whoa! First try at dual decoders and SO2V. All thumbs. It sure gave me greater
appreciation for the ops who do SO2V and SO2R seamlessly and a little more
understanding for those who do it not so well.

This was my first dupes-okay contest in ten months. For first five minutes, I
left Qs on the table until I got my brain recalibrated.

Thanks for the QSOs and your patience.
